摘要

Patent vitello-intestinal ducts and urachus are congenital anomalies of the anterior abdominal wall. Even if persistent vitello-intestinal duct is fairly common, patent urachus is rare and the presence of both has a very rare incidence. Here we present a case of a 6-month-old boy who presented with a history of a red lesion in the umbilicus since birth. On exploration, both the vitello-intestinal duct and urachus were found to be patent. Surgical excision of both the tracts was done along with the reddish lesion, and a neo-umbilicus was created.
