摘要

Advanced cholangiocarcinoma is associated with a poor prognosis despite standard platinum-based chemotherapy. Recently, the addition of immune checkpoint inhibitors has provided a modest survival benefit. Approximately half of patients harbor somatic molecular alterations that are potentially actionable with targeted therapies. Early molecular profiling of tumor tissue is therefore essential to guide treatment decisions. Future strategies aim to expand therapeutic options through novel immunotherapies, emerging molecular targets and sequential treatment approaches designed to overcome resistance mutations.
