<p>To enhance the active anti-rollover capabilities of heavy-duty vehicles, this paper introduces an anti-rollover differential braking control method grounded in load transfer rate (LTR). Utilizing the LTR rate and yaw rate as the control objectives, we designed an ESP-like active differential braking control approach based on LTR threshold control. Besides, PID control is implemented to smooth braking pressure, ensuring steering and braking performance. Finally, TruckSim and Matlab/Simulink were employed for joint simulation, with fully loaded vehicles tested under typical conditions such as double shift and angular step experiments. The results indicate that the control model effectively improves the vehicle's anti-rollover ability and handling stability.</p>
