<p>Flexible pressure sensors play a key role in human health management. However, manufacturing integrated resistive pressure sensors with high sensitivity, comfortable ventilation, and multi-function still faces a great challenge. Herein, a flexible elastic spandex and conductive silicone–polyurethane resistive pressure sensor with high sensitivity, wide sensing range, and good stability were successfully prepared. The sensing layer of the sensor is coated with conductive silicone slurry on the porous polyurethane sponge, and the conductive network is constructed with the porous polyurethane as the skeleton supporting the conductive silicone. The piezoresistive sensor has excellent sensitivity (402.45&#xa0;kPa<sup>−1</sup>), wide sensing range (0–80&#xa0;kPa), low detection limit (5&#xa0;Pa), fast response capability (response/relaxation time 50/129&#xa0;ms), and excellent stability (2000 cycles). At the same time, the piezoresistive sensor exhibits puncture resistance (i.e., puncture by tweezers) and ambient temperature stability. The piezoresistive sensor can detect various human movements, including pulse, throat swallowing, finger press movements, various joint movements, and walking and running recognition.</p>
