<p>In the present paper, we investigate the existence of positive periodic solutions for nonlinear iterative differential equations with nonlinear impulses. New criteria for the existence of positive periodic solutions to such equations are obtained. In the process, we convert the given equation into an equivalent integral equation. Then we construct an appropriate mapping and use Schauder’s fixed point theorem to show the existence of positive periodic solutions of the equation. The technique to deal with the impulsive term is different from earlier approaches. In particular, the results improve and generalize some previous ones in the literature. Finally, we present two examples to illustrate that our results are effective.</p>
