Simultaneous measurement of viscosity and density of refrigerant at a wide range of temperature and pressures
摘要
In this study, a system for measuring the density and viscosity of the mixed refrigerant is developed and validated. The system consists of a pressurizing unit, an environmental control unit, and a measuring unit. The system is calibrated over a wide environmental range (−40 °C∼55 °C, 15 bar∼65 bar) using ethanol and propane, and density and viscosity for single-component refrigerants (R32, R125) are measured to validate this system. As a result of comparing with REFPROP data, the maximum deviation of density is 0.48 % and the viscosity is 0.89 %. The uncertainty in measuring the density and viscosity of the refrigerant is about 0.6 % and 1.74 %, respectively. In addition, as a result of measuring the density of the refrigerant mixed with R32 and R125 at a ratio of 1 to 1, the maximum deviation is 0.6 %. Therefore, this study confirmed the development of a system capable of simultaneously measuring the density and viscosity of mixed refrigerant.
