The influence of internal flame stabilizers on the denitrification effect of natural gas combustion
摘要
Full premixing can effectively reduce NOx emissions during the combustion process. If baffles are added at appropriate positions in the furnace, combustion optimization can be achieved and NOx emissions can be further reduced. The method of numerical simulation was used to calculate 4 kinds of special-shaped partitions. 3 types of flow rates were taken as small (natural gas consumption 100 m3/h), middle (natural gas consumption 161 m3/h), and big (natural gas consumption 199 m3/h) fire, and 3 different excess air coefficients were taken under each combustion condition. 9 kinds of working conditions were calculated for each of the 4 types of baffles, and a total of 36 simulated working conditions were obtained. The calculation results show that among the four types of baffles, the strip baffle achieves the best combustion assistance effect, and the NOx emission value continues to decrease compared to the situation without baffles. The lowest NOx emission value under the strip baffle condition was 22.1 mg/m3, and the exhaust temperature at this condition is 468 K, reaching the lowest value under various calculation conditions. By analyzing the calculation of NOx values along the flue gas flow direction in the furnace, it can be concluded that at a certain distance behind the baffle, the calculated NOx value reaches the lowest when installing a strip baffle, which means that the strip baffle is most beneficial for reducing NOx emission. Moreover, the average value on the plane near the furnace outlet (about 1.6 m) is less than 30 mg/m3, meeting the ultra-low emission requirements. The average flue gas temperature along the direction of flue gas flow was calculated when installing different baffles. The perforated baffles are lower than the Nonporous baffles, and the temperature drop is greatest for the strip baffles. When installing different baffles, the combustion efficiency is calculated by comparing the corresponding baffles. On the section beyond 1.2 m, the strip baffle has the highest combustion efficiency. Based on the analysis of the 36 calculation conditions above, when installing 4 different baffles, the strip baffle has the best combustion support effect.
