<p>This paper proposes an uncertainty parameter updating approach combining a hybrid reliability model and a digital twin to establish a reliability digital twin framework. First, a new global-local algorithm is used to obtain the hybrid reliability index as part of the reliability assessment. The accuracy and robustness of the hybrid reliability index solution is verified by examples. Then, the strength, modulus of elasticity, and strain uncertainties are described and verified through tensile testing of standard samples of carbon fiber-reinforced composites (CFRCs). Finally, the reliability digital twin updating process (RDTUP) framework is established by utilizing the hybrid reliability index robust solving algorithm and the uncertainty parameter updating method. The reliability digital twin experiment verifies the rationality and correctness of the proposed framework. Thus, the RDTUP framework accurately predicts and methodically evaluates the data collected, processed, and generated in both the hybrid reliability model and the digital twin.</p>
