<p>This paper investigates linear and semilinear two-sided conformable matrix delay differential equations (DDE). Firstly, the two-sided conformable delayed exponential matrix function (DEMF) is constructed. Secondly, the representation of solutions and Ulam-Hyers stability of two-sided linear problem are studied. Further, uniqueness and Ulam-Hyers stability of two-sided semilinear problem are also presented. The relative controllability of linear and semilinear two-sided problem is studied. Lastly, we provide two examples to demonstrate our results.</p>

摘要
