The multimodal diagnostic approach includes clinical investigations, biomarkers and echocardiography, with MRI playing a&#xa0;central role; an endomyocardial biopsy remains relevant in unclear or high-risk cases. New forms of treatment, such as anti-interleukin 1 (IL-1) agents and personalized return to sports regimens complement the framework. Interdisciplinary teamwork is crucial, whereby expansion of the infrastructure in Germany is necessary to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.</p>
