<p>Sex workers are exposed to different forms of discrimination and inequality in many societies, which negatively affects their bio-psycho-social lives, causing them to be excluded from society and making it difficult for them to access various services. In this study, a phenomenological approach was used within the framework of a qualitative research method to obtain detailed data to determine the experiences of 17 sex workers with different sexual orientations and gender identities living in Türkiye between October 2023 and November 2023. As a result of the analysis, the main themes were determined as experiences related to sex work, current health status, social support systems, experiences with and thoughts about institutions and organizations, and plans for the future. It is thought that it would be beneficial to conduct more studies focusing on the experiences of sex workers with different sexual orientations and gender identities and to present these studies with different research methods. In addition, it is necessary to understand the experiences of sex workers, to identify their changing problems and needs, and to implement policies such as various health, social services and access to justice within this framework.</p>
