<p>Employee well-being has become critical for organizations seeking to enhance job satisfaction, performance, and overall workplace productivity. Job crafting, a proactive behavior where employees reshape their tasks and roles to align better with their personal preferences and strengths, has emerged as a promising avenue for enhancing well-being at work. This study aims to provide insights into the evolving landscape of research on job crafting to explore its impact on employee well-being, as this behavioral change promotes empowerment by fostering a sense of autonomy, purpose, and ownership in their work. Bibliometric analysis was conducted using VOSviewer and Biblioshiny for visual data representation on 220 articles retrieved from the database Scopus, spanning between the years 2010 to 2024. This study aims to explore how job crafting, the act of reshaping employees’ tasks and roles to better match their individual strengths and preferences, has emerged as an important means of improving employee well-being. By highlighting publication trends, themes, and driving future research trends, the results encourage employees to engage in personality-aligned job crafting, which assists them in managing evolving job roles and ultimately results in a better fit between themselves and their jobs.</p>
