<p>As mental health problems emerge as a primary problem for students in China, music education has received greater attention. The study was undertaken to better understand how music affects college students’ mental Health in China. A random sample of 432 students. After one month of music training, the pre-test and post-test scores of students were analyzed in SPSS. The scales used for recording the data were 5-point Likert scales. The study’s findings showed considerable improvement for students after surveying various aspects of mental health. The music education combat affected students’ stress levels while simultaneously increasing their communication, cultural sensitivity, and social cohesion. Students’ scores on the varied health instruments in the post-test were significantly higher than their pre-test scores. The novelty of the study was the investigation of structured music education theory and careful analysis of its components of therapy. This study is innovative in considering music education as a low-cost, easily implemented intervention for mental health. This research, which confirms that music training contributes to the intellectual and psychological growth of students, opens the door to new ways of understanding the education-mental health interaction. By analyzing the socio-cultural implications of digital interventions and their potential applications for stakeholders and interested communities based on direct field data, this study approaches the primary difficulties regarding the digital potential of folk art preservation with a completely new perspective.</p>
