This review focusses on the clinical presentations of common dermatoses in older infants and toddlers providing diagnostic insights based on morphological features and associated findings to enable pediatricians to recognize the diverse spectrum of pediatric dermatoses and their systemic associations facilitating collaboration between pediatricians and dermatologists for better patient outcomes.</p>
