<p>Prostate, bladder and kidney neoplasms are among the most prevalent genitourinary (GU) cancers worldwide. Significant therapeutic advancements in recent years have substantially improved patient outcomes. In response to this rapid progress, the Santiago de Compostela Health Research Institute (IDIS) has organized the annual ‘Cambados Consensus Forum on Genitourinary Tumors’ (Pontevedra, Spain) since 2018. This 2-day multidisciplinary meeting gathers Spanish medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, urologists, and hospital pharmacists to present and discuss the latest evidence in the field, merging from international congresses or journal publications. This review provides an overview of the most recent evidence regarding therapeutic advances in prostate cancer, renal cell carcinoma, and bladder cancer presented at the 2024 meeting (October), with a special focus on practice-changing innovations.</p>
