Blockchain technology to improve traceability of data exchanges in the Judicial system: A road traffic accident victims as use case
摘要
The Moroccan Ministry of Justice aims to improve the operation of public justice services and judicial processes by embarking on a digital transformation of the Moroccan justice system, given the large volume of data flows and the complexity of their processing and dispersion. The legal exchange of data is a reality that must be assessed on the assiduity, but it presents several challenges, including the integrity and security of data exchanged between independent parties, which limits the originality of the data and is difficult to confirm. Using the possibility of blockchain technology in decentralization, the Ministry of Justice can manage the demand to change data and knowledge in an extremely secure and transparent way. This document proposes a system based on blockchain and IPFS technology to provide transparency and control over the information exchange process, automate the legal process for road traffic accident victims, and the exchange remuneration data between parties.
