Rhinoplasty has a very illustrative history that begins from the very early ages of civilisation. It evolved through time from the initial aim of mitigating deformity to its present form to enhance beauty and/or function. Ancient Indian surgeons have made a significant contribution to the origin and evolution of the rhinoplasty procedure. This article will inspire and intrigue the present-day surgeons with information on how the surgical procedure originated and evolved with time.</p>
