摘要

Chondro-osseous Respiratory Epithelial Adenomatoid Hamartoma (COREAH) is considered an extremely rare benign lesion of the sinonasal tract, with most published data consisting of individual case reports. It is considered a subtype of the more common REAH (Respiratory Epithelial Adenomatoid Hamartoma), distinguished by the presence of osseous or cartilaginous elements within its stromal component. At initial evaluation, this lesion may raise clinical concern, as it typically presents as a solitary, relatively large mass with heterogeneous radiological features. We report the case of a 65-year-old man with COREAH originating from the posterior nasal septum characterized by a predominantly nasopharyngeal growth. Clinical presentation, diagnosis and treatment modalities are discussed, along with a review of the relevant literature.
