摘要

Ewing sarcoma primarily affects children and young adults, commonly arising in long bones, with rare skull base involvement and sphenoid bone involvement exceptionally uncommon. In the cranium, it most frequently occurs in the temporal bone, with the parietal and occipital bones being the next most commonly affected sites. Considering the rarity of this unusual site, we present a case of primary Ewing sarcoma originating in the sphenoid bone, exhibiting erosion of adjacent bones and intracranial extension.
