<p>We present the first case of auricular Lagochilascaris minor in a 54-year-old male without classic risk factors. Diagnosis was confirmed histopathologically and molecularly. The lesion was successfully treated with surgical excision and dual antiparasitic therapy, with no recurrence at 12 months, expanding the known clinical and geographical spectrum of this zoonosis.</p>

摘要
