Two histologically different forms of cancer that occur in the same mass and organ are called collision tumours. Because each tumour involved has a different biological aggressiveness, therapeutic choices, and prognosis, managing thyroid collision tumours can be challenging. Presenting a systematic review of all case reports of thyroid collision tumors is the goal of this study. A comprehensive review of published research on thyroid collision tumours was carried out. All case reports and case series on thyroid collision tumours were included. Collision tumours was reported in 156 instances. 105 female patients made up the majority. The patients’ average age was 51.23 years. The most frequent symptom was anterior neck swelling, and 49 patients had cervical lymph node metastases. In 93 cases, Papillary and medullary thyroid carcinoma were the most frequent thyroid collision tumours, and they may mostly affect females. In 28 occurrences, Papillary and follicular thyroid carcinoma were encountered. The most common course of treatment is a total thyroidectomy.
