‘Laryngo’ Tracheobronchopathia Osteochondroplastica: Case Report with 2 Cases
摘要
Tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica (TBO) is a rare benign disease of trachea and bronchi. Here, we report 2 TBO cases with glottic involvement, diagnosed and treated at our hospital. Bronchoscopy showed typical multiple submucosal firm and whitish nodules in both the cases. Tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica (TBO) being a non-aggressive disease, has an indolent course and good prognosis. Awareness among the clinicians is imperative to avoid prolonged unwarranted treatment in patients with TBO. Here we report two cases of TBO with glottis involvement which is a rare presentation.
