<p>Angioleiomyoma is a benign tumour of smooth muscle origin, speculated to arise from blood vessels. It is&#xa0;a subtype of leiomyoma and rarely affects the head and neck region. Its presentation can mimic a host of clinical conditions. Diagnosis is confirmed on accurate histopathological examination. We present a case of angioleiomyoma over the right nasofacial groove.</p>

Angioleiomyoma is a benign tumour of smooth muscle origin, speculated to arise from blood vessels. It is a subtype of leiomyoma and rarely affects the head and neck region.
