<p>Cemento-ossifying fibroma (COF) is an uncommon, non-malignant tumor composed of fibrous and bony tissue which mainly involves the facial and skull bones. COF usually presents during second to fourth decade of life and show a higher predilection for females. It usually grows slowly leading to deformity of the affected site, if not treated. The radiological features of COF are highly variable. Histopathological examination is necessary for definitive diagnosis. Complete resection of the lesion is needed to prevent recurrence. We present a very rare case of COF which clinically and radiologically mimicked as a malignant bony lesion.</p>
