<p>Hematological disorders, including blood cancers, rare genetic disorders, anemias, coagulopathies, and bleeding disorders, often present with ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) manifestations such as epistaxis and facial palsy. This case series highlights the significance of a multidisciplinary approach and diagnostic challenges encountered during treatment of five patients with various hematological conditions. The cases examined included Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP), Hemophilia A, Factor XIII Deficiency, Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), and Extramedullary Plasmacytoma, each presenting with distinct clinical manifestations. The underlying blood dyscrasias present with special difficulties, that is, diagnosis of&#xa0;the disorder, arrest of bleeding, and management, and should always be suspected in refractory or recurrent cases.</p>
