<p>Soft tissue sarcomas (STSs) are rare malignancies, with laryngeal involvement being exceptionally uncommon. We present a case of a 71-year-old male patient with a proliferative tumor in the glottic region, leading to a diagnosis of laryngeal fibrosarcoma. The absence of standardized treatment guidelines highlights the necessity for further research to guide clinical management decisions for this rare laryngeal tumor.</p>
