<p>Pleomorphic adenoma is a benign neoplasm commonly found in the salivary glands, but its occurrence in the nasal septum is rare. Nasal cavity pleomorphic adenomas make up 0.4% [<CitationRef CitationID="CR1">1</CitationRef>] Of all pleomorphic adenomas [<CitationRef CitationID="CR2">2</CitationRef>]. Here, we present a patient with pleomorphic adenoma of the nasal septum who presented with an asymptomatic nasal mass that was slow-growing, non-bleeding, and non-tender. The patient underwent complete surgical excision endoscopically, and there was no recurrence on follow-up. This case underscores the importance of considering other rare septal lesions like pleomorphic adenoma in diagnosing nasal septal masses and ensuring adequate resection with proper margins.</p>
