A Case of Using I-Gel to Overcome Limitations of Difficult Airway Society: A Newer Perspective

Front-of-neck access (FONA) may be necessary when conventional airway management fails. Here, we describe a rare case of an upper airway burn patient for whom FONA failed; nonetheless, the patient’s life was saved due to the timely use of a supraglottic airway device (SAD).
