<p>Aural masses can be classified as benign or malignant tumors of the external, middle, and inner ear. Aural masses other than inflammatory polyps are comparatively rare. The various complaints presented by the aural masses are similar to those of Otitis Media. The late presentation of many patients to an E.N.T. consultant delays their diagnosis. Aural masses can involve the inner ear and surrounding areas. Biopsy is also strenuous because of the ear’s difficult anatomy. We’ve encountered 30 cases of aural mass during the study period. In cases of aural masses, the preoperative diagnosis relies on the radiological and histopathological analysis of the biopsy, in addition to the clinical examination. CT and/or MRI can confirm the extension in surrounding areas. A histopathological examination is definitive in the diagnosis of aural masses, as radiological findings may show similarities between aural masses. In our limited study, we encountered some rare cases of aural masses like glomus tumors, capillary hemangiomas, embryonal rhabdomyosarcomas, squamous cell carcinomas, schwannomas, and myxomas. Hence, early and thorough investigations are necessary in cases of aural masses. Ultimately, early and accurate diagnosis leads to better management results.</p>
