<p>Oncocytic papillary cystadenoma (OPC) is a rare benign tumour of the salivary glands, mainly affecting the minor salivary glands and very rarely involving the major salivary gland, particularly affecting the parotid gland with a female preponderance. This tumour is often confused with warthin’s tumour due to its overlapping histological features and may lead to misdiagnosis, however, it does not affect patient management as the clinical behaviour of these two tumour remains the same.</p>
