<p>The pathophysiology of Bednar’s aphthae remains unclear, though the predominant hypothesis suggests a traumatic etiology, notably use of pacifier and bottle nipple, including position of breastfeeding. We report the case of a 1-year-old female patient with a “wound in the mouth” for 1 week. The use of a pacifier and a bottle nipple was reported. The present case illustrates an uncommon case of intraoral traumatic ulceration showing Bednar’s aphthae-like features. After 2 weeks, along with recommendations, the ulcer healed completely with no changes after 1 year of follow-up.</p>
