Primary Sebaceous Carcinoma of Excretory Component of Lacrimal Apparatus: A Rare Case Report

A 61-year-old female presented with progressive medial canthus swelling and epiphora. Imaging revealed a lacrimal sac mass. Wide local excision was performed and patient was referred for radiotherapy. This case highlights recognition, diagnosis and multidisciplinary management of rare primary sebaceous carcinoma of the lacrimal apparatus.
