<p>Seborrheic keratosis (SK) is a common benign skin lesion that typically affects the trunk and the headand neck region in the elderly population. It is not so common on the pinna. Histopathology isimportant to rule out malignancy. We report two cases of SK involving the pinna. A 70-year-oldfemale presented with a long standing large, pigmented lesion on the upper part of pinna, underwent excision and reconstruction with post-auricular skin flap. A 59-year-old womanunderwent excision of lesion from the cavum concha and reconstruction with a post-auricular skingraft. In both cases, the histopathology was reported as Seborrheic keratosis. This paper alsoanalyses the literature currently available, describing the other presentations and modes ofmanagement of Seborrheic Keratoses.</p>
