<p>There are about 70 known occurrences of supernumerary nostrils, which are uncommon congenital abnormalities. We describe 2.5-y/o child with left-side supernumerary nostril with Ipsilateral Microcornea and associated Congenital Cataract. The accessory nasal cavity had been successfully excised under general anaesthesia with satisfactory functional and aesthetic outcomes. This represents only the second reported case of supernumerary nostril with ipsilateral microcornea, making it noteworthy for the literature.</p>

摘要
