<p>Poultry workers are at increased risk of developing ENT manifestations due to prolonged exposure to dust, allergens, microorganisms, and chemicals in the poultry environment. Physical, chemical, and biological factors all contribute to the substantial burden of ENT-related illness, which is frequently underreported and underdiagnosed. To find the prevalence of ENT manifestations among poultry workers. A Cross-sectional study was conducted at the Department of ENT in tertiary care hospital, in Chennai among 150 patients who were poultry workers visiting ENT OPD and the medical camp. Based on the presenting complaints, Clinical examination and diagnostic tests like Serum IgE, Xray-PNS (Paranasal sinus), Otoendoscopy and Diagnostic nasal endoscopy were done. The prevalence rate of ENT manifestations among poultry workers was found to be 48% and among them, 47.2% of the patients had Allergic rhinitis, 29.2% of them had Sinusitis followed by sinonasal polyp 12.6%, CSOM 6.9% and Otitis media with effusion 4.1%. An Association was found between the Duration of working years in poultry with ENT manifestations (0.0001). Poultry workers are significantly more likely to experience ENT symptoms due to occupational exposures. These dangers can be reduced with the use of protective gear, better workplace hygiene, and routine health examinations. It is advised that more research be done to examine long-term impacts and remedies.</p>
