<p>Rhinolithiasis is a rare and often overlooked condition with unclear pathophysiology and is more prevalent in underdeveloped regions. Its subtle rhinological symptoms frequently lead to delayed diagnosis. Computed tomography and nasal endoscopy are essential for identification. We present a 62-year-old patient successfully treated with endoscopic endonasal extraction under general anesthesia.</p>
