<p>A 20-year-old female presented with a left large level-V lymph node enlargement, incidentally associated with aberrant vasculature arteria lusoria. She was treated with surgical excision and successful management of post-operative chyle leak. Histopathology depicted hyaline vascular variant of unicentric Castleman’s disease, known to have a good prognosis.</p>
