Herausforderungen der Umsetzung des Rechts auf Beteiligung von Kindern

This article reports on action-research initiatives implemented in Belgium within the Interreg CAPACITI project. It focuses on the challenges and conditions for effective children’s participation, taking into account both their capacities and their specific needs and situations. Drawing on concrete examples from research conducted with children, as well as from educational institutions and the healthcare sector, it outlines obstacles encountered, practical challenges, and positive feedback, based on material developed together with the children.
