<p>This article describes how male adolescents interpret and negotiate sexual boundary violations by peers and opportunities to intervene as bystanders in analogue and digital contexts, and which collectively shared ideas about sexuality and gender come into effect in the process. Building on this, conclusions for the design of bystander-related prevention measures are discussed.</p>
