<p>During the coronavirus pandemic, the transformation processes within social work increased and affected the organisations, the recipients and the employees (Meyer und Buschle <CitationRef CitationID="CR16">2021</CitationRef>a). This article focuses on the developments in the everyday lives of employees in the various fields of work (Meyer und Siewert <CitationRef CitationID="CR19">2021</CitationRef>). The aim is to take stock of the changing working conditions over the course of the pandemic and to describe the consequences one year after the end of the pandemic.</p>
