Patient behavior may now easily be studied thanks to advancements in smart healthcare. The conventional medical framework is changing in a number of ways because of a novel generation of information technologies, notably IoT. The IoT in healthcare plays a significant impact in providing people with better medical centers and supporting health centers and clinicians. The suggested model consists of a range of medical devices, including mobile applications as well as sensors, which are beneficial for gathering and analyzing the patient's medical data and health data and interacting with the doctor through network-connected machines. This study may offer important details on how IoT and smart healthcare affect patient behavior and care. By the use of IDNN, patient data are seen and transferred over the Internet. Here, the parameter tuning in DNN is done by the COA, hence referred to as IDNN. In order to ascertain the patient's precise health status, the IDNN analyses the patient's specifics from health information. The technology that was created demonstrated a guaranteed accuracy of 98% while evaluating patient behavior.</p>
