Study on the simulation calculation method for equivalent loads of vibrating equipment
摘要
Current structural design methods for buildings subjected to long-term vibration loads typically simplify the dynamic problem into a static one. However, this simplification overlooks important factors, such as the dynamic characteristics of the loads. Moreover, some parameters involved in calculating vibration loads in the codes are difficult to determine directly. To ensure the reliability and safety of structural design, the accuracy of external loads has become one of the core issues in building calculating method for calculating the equivalent loads of vibrating equipment based on measured data. The equivalent mass of the equipment is derived by analyzing the linear functional relationship between different assumed masses and their corresponding amplitudes. The equivalent load of the vibrating equipment is then calculated by substituting the equivalent mass, along with the observed dominant frequency and amplitude, into the equation. Finally, the accuracy of the method is verified by comparing finite element analysis results with observed data and performing accuracy checks.
