摘要

Non-equilibrium phase transitions and dynamic hysteresis characteristics of the ferromagnetic Fe 2D-nanorings with different ring widths have been systematically studied in relation to the frequency of the external oscillating magnetic field. Simulation results have been obtained using the object-oriented micromagnetic framework (OOMMF) micromagnetic software to solve the Landau–Lifshitz–Gilbert equation. The magnetic response of the nanorings has demonstrated significant sensitivity to the amplitude and frequency of the applied dynamic magnetic field and ring width of systems. In the nanoring system with a wider arm width, a dynamic phase transition has been observed at high magnetic fields with increasing frequency, whereas no such transition has been observed in the system with a narrower arm width. Dynamic phase transitions have been found to be tunable with the ring width of the nanostructure. In this study, the dynamic magnetic response and non-equilibrium phase transition of the nanoring structures are studied and dynamic hysteresis characteristics are obtained in the micromagnetic framework.
