The findings indicate that constables exhibiting extraversion personality traits experience lower levels of psychological stress and employ problem-focused coping strategies to manage stressors. Conversely, constables exhibiting neuroticism and psychoticism traits tend to experience higher levels of psychological stress and utilize emotion-focused and avoidant coping strategies to defend against stressors. Finally, the study finds that there is a significant impact of personality traits and coping strategies in developing psychological stress among constables.
