摘要
This study aims to investigate how the network relationship of resource transfer among parent companies and subsidiaries influences the acceleration of subsidiary growth. The data utilized is sourced from Taiwanese internet business (iBusiness) multinational enterprises (MNEs). The empirical findings reveal a curvilinear relationship between resource transfer from the parent company to subsidiaries and the acceleration of subsidiary growth. Furthermore, this study examines the moderating effects of Subsidiary-Specific Advantages. This study contributes to the existing knowledge in the field of international business and provides both theoretical and managerial implications for iBusiness MNEs that engage in internationalization.
