摘要

Osteomas are rare benign tumors found in the cranium. They exhibit a slow growth pattern in the temporal bone. While they may expand surrounding tissues, they are not invasive in nature. A painless temporal bone osteoma in a 16-year-old male patient was detected using high-resolution tomography. The patient had no symptoms other than a cosmetic issue with the scalp. The mass was surgically excised, and no recurrence was observed during follow-up at 1 year, with no cosmetic issues reported. The pathology result was reported as osteoma. Despite being a rare occurrence, osteoma should be included in the differential diagnosis of lesions involving the temporal bone.
