Optimization of Multi-objective Process Parameters of Coal Gangue Based on Energy Consumption Theory
摘要
Based on China’s coal gangue solid waste pollution, damage, and the national industrial policy, promoting the development direction of coal gangue pulping and ointment making underground filling projects, this paper studied the physical and chemical characteristics of coal gangue in Burtai Coal Mine of the ShenDong Group. Quantitative analysis of energy consumption in the process of coal gangue crushing and grinding was performed. The crushing energy consumption theory was used to study the parameters of feed particle and discharged particle sizes of the crushing equipment. Combined with the Response Surface Method, the target parameters were optimized to obtain the operating process parameters of coal gangue tertiary crushing with the lowest energy consumption. This will show the low energy consumption and high efficiency of coal gangue crushing and grinding operations, which can reduce the resource processing cost of coal gangue, provide technical support for the comprehensive resource utilization of coal gangue, and supply a reference for the sustainable development of the coal industry.
