摘要

This study investigates the enhancement of yield strength in medium-manganese steel through the co-addition of Ti and Mo microalloying elements. It also explores the effects of these additions on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel. Annealing heat treatments were performed at 650°C, 670°C, and 690°C. The addition of Ti and Mo increases the yield strength by 112–187 MPa and the ultimate tensile strength by 147–193 MPa, without significantly compromising plasticity. X-ray diffraction results and theoretical analysis of the microstructure approaching equilibrium after critical annealing indicate that Ti and Mo additions reduce the austenite content and improve the mechanical stability of austenite by refining its average grain size.
