Efficiently Selective Removal of Tin from High Concentration Indium Leaching Solution of Waste Indium Tin Oxide Targets
摘要
In high concentration indium leaching solution, it is usually difficult to achieve a separation of indium and tin due to the large concentration difference, resulting in loss of indium. In this paper, the effect of indium powder and indium sheet on the removal of tin has been studied, and the results show that indium powder is easy to agglomerate and has insufficient contact with Sn4+, while, when fixed indium sheets were used, the displacement rate of tin could reach 99.6%. The tin reduction process is gradual, and exposure of the contact surface improves the displacement efficiency. The indium displacement process realizes the efficient separation of indium and tin, and the separation process does not introduce impurities and there is almost no indium in the residue. This process provides a new approach for tin removal from indium leaching solution.
