In a constantly evolving work environment, this poses major challenges for everyone involved. Sleep laboratories must provide active quality management, and employees must be confident in using the technology, keep their knowledge up to date, and have soft skills for dealing with patients. Continuous training is therefore very important. This article provides information on internal and external training opportunities and specialist knowledge resources and presents relevant services offered by the German Society for Sleep Medicine (DGSM).</p>
